Very Boring

Did anyone else share my lack of enthusiasm while watching the Virgin Galactic launch? It was about as exciting as watching paint dry in zero gravity. Unlike SpaceX launches, which make me bounce around like an overcaffeinated kangaroo, this one left me feeling as energized as a snail on a lazy Sunday. I mean, come on, even the aliens watching from space were yawning! Don't get me wrong, I'm glad everything went well and it's a step forward in innovation, but I was hoping for a little more "blast off" in my excitement meter. Maybe they should have sent a clown to entertain us during the countdown. At least then we'd have some laughter to go along with the lackluster launch.
